I have never had a bad experience in this office. I do have trouble getting a hold of someone when I call. So I come into the office and take care of the issues. I have. It is nit a problem.

Very professional and easy to understand.

Dr Botzler was very kind and listened carefully. The front desk and office people are the BEST!

Dr Botzler, despite being incredibly busy, always takes time to be kind and reassuring. I have lots of faith in his expertise.

As usual, Dr. Botzler and his care team listened and were attentive to my questions and concerns regarding my heart condition and current health status. They displayed an appropriate amount of professionalism in their recommendations for my continued care and follow up appointments. The one concern I have is that upon my arrival for my appointment, I was told that my appointment was changed to another office a few blocks away. Upon my arrival to that office, there was no staff personnel at the "check-in" window". I waited approximately 10 minutes before a staff member sitting at the "check-out" window called me over to check In. I should mention that this staff member was on the phone while I was standing waiting at the "check-in" window. She immediately called me over once she got off the phone.
