    She has been my Dr for 23 years. I am very happy with her!
    Dr. Was very informative and took the time needed to complete my exam.
    Everyone at the office was extremely welcoming and helped me through the entire process. As it was my first time at this office and my first time receiving a wellness exam, they had helped me through every step of the way, answering my questions and getting me all set up for my next appointment
    Dr. Franks is very thorough and goes over everything with a lot of detail. She provides as much information as possible to better understand what is happening.
    I love Dr. Franks. She listens is positive and makes me feel at ease. She performed a hysterectomy and my surgery and recover went very well. I feel lucky to have found her as my doctor.Only comment, although minor, is that the receptionist was busy showing co-worker something on her phone while I stood at the window waiting to be noticed and checked in. She seemed disturbed by my arrival. Otherwise, office visits are very pleasant.
