    Wish there had been a reminder call the night before. Also wish I had been notified th at there would be a prescription to be picked up prior to the surgery. I am impressed at how quick this office is. Pretty amazing.
    William was very attentive. He addressed my post operation progress and what to do going forward.
    William Hall gives me enough information so that I know what we are treating and with what. He speaks so I understand my problem and my options.
