No bad experiences, very pleased.

Dr Elpedes was a new doctor for me. He had reviewed my records before he came into the room and we had a nice discussion. He is very personable and seems very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit and will feel very comfortable in his care moving forward. His staff was also very nice and very professional and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

The doctor did a lab test even though the call center had messed up and not scheduled me for it. I appreciate this as I didn't want to make another appointment and come back. The call center even had me going to the wrong address. The doctor was extremely patient and fit me in. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I appreciate his help.

Dr. Elpedes was excellent. I had never seen him before, however he was easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and patient. I liked him very much.

As my primary doctor Is on leave until October [Date] 2024, Dr.Elpedes saw me, about the sciatica pain that I was having for a few days. I told him what I was taking and what I was doing and he showed me an exercise, to help relieve the pain, and told me I was treating it correctly with heat and Tylenol. He was very kind to write notes for me on what we went over before I left and it was printed out on my exit form. He listened to me and actually drew a picture of the sciatic nerve. He was very informative and I left knowing what to do to relieve the pain.
