    Biography
    Jennifer Altamira is a board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner who specializes in cardiology for over 15 years. She completed her bachelors degree in nursing at the University of Southern California before continuing with her graduate degree as a nurse practitioner at University of California, Los Angeles. She maintains an assistant clinical professor role for UCLA as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students. Her clinical interest includes evaluating chest pain patients at Mission Hospital, supervising non-invasive cardiovascular stress tests and managing patients with cardiovascular disease at Mission Heritage Medical Group.
