    This was my first visit with Diane Diaz. She was professional, informative and very nice. She answered all my questions and did not rush me. I spent about an hour with her and am rescheduled for a sleep study and follow up with the pulmonologist. Very impressed by the office help and Ms. Diaz.

    Diana was helpful and listened to my questions. This was an annual appt and I got info and answers to my questions. It was a long wait to get this appt because her schedule was so heavily booked.

    Biography
    Diana Diaz is a fully bilingual board certified family nurse practitioner with 2 years of experience in adult and pediatric care. She worked as an acute care registered nurse for over 15 years and also as nurse educator for over 17 years. She completed her undergraduate nursing program at the Antillean University in Puerto Rico. She completed her graduate program with a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Medical-Surgical nursing from the Pontifical Catholic University in Puerto Rico. Diana obtained her post master as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of California, San Francisco in 2020. Diana has been in a family practice setting for the full 2 years in her role as a nurse practitioner, and part of PSJH since 2022. When she isn't with patients, Diana enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, music and day hikes. She loves basketball and the Warriors are her favorite NBA team! Read More
