    Front desk staff displays no compassion or sensitivity. Provider told me to use Google to find an answer to a question I had. Arrived 50 minutes late.
    Results from blood test were not reviewed entirely. Results from urine culture were not talked about in detail and given options for care. Dr was running late and appointment felt very rushed. Exam results were reviewed 4 days later by NP and was prescribed medicine for infection. Exercise routine, diet, uterine size discrepancy, and pregnancy review symptoms were not mentioned in visit. I am only seeing past visit notes and what seems to be assumed answers to questions.
    The doctor should have reviewed my chart before seeing me. He didn't even know I had a hysterectomy 1 1/2 years ago.

    Dr. Hursh listened to my concerns and we talked about my pregnancy and the concerns I have had with my care. He followed up with me later on the phone. I appreciate the care he has given me and I feel listened too.
