    EXCELLENT!
    I LOVE Samantha! She is a blessing to Providence and Dr Middleton's Team. She listens, she makes suggestions, she is kind, and she is cheerful. She is awesome!
    I felt like I was a bit rushed on this particular visit. Maybe they were busy. But overall, I would say I still enjoy this particular provider
