    Everything was very good
    Dr. Koo is very patient, kind and caring. He's an excellent doctor and provider. I'm very lucky to have him as my GI.
    Thank you all of you my care provider, , clerk, receptionist, staffs, in lab, xray, MRI...I appreciate all of you.Sincerely.
    Dr.Koo had an expression or was not friendly. Didn't even say Hi, I have never been to a clinic where the doctor doesn't take time to say Hi or have a conversation with you. If he is my long term care wouldn't he want to know more about my history and give me advice on how I should continue to take care of myself. Only thing he did was you have this and you need to do testing and we see you in 6 months. Very plain, like a business attitude and the MA who worked for him was not very helpful. She told me next schedule is 21 is that good? I asked 21 of what month and what day is it? Poor communication which makes sense from top down. If doctor is poor the Staff will be poor.
    I enjoy the very excellent care provided to me
