    After the office visit, Lance called me on the phone with a follow-up question. Then he referred me for imaging. Then I was informed through "MyChart" of a referral letter he prepared. I was impressed that he thought about my case and followed up after my visit. This shows me dedication and concern.

    I remembered to tell him that one of the procedures they use for my hip replacement can not work on me due to my spine being fused and he was going to work that out before the date of surgery.
    I will avoid going to a doctor at any cost but this condition I have hurts. I feel very fortunate to have such complete professionals to get me through this.
