Dr. Aryanpur attended medical school at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and completed his neurosurgical residency and fellowship training at the Department of Neurosurgery, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland. After completing training in 1991, he was appointed Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital. While on faculty at Johns Hopkins, Dr. Aryanpur specialized in the treatment of pediatric neurosurgical conditions, brain tumors, and complex adult and pediatric spinal reconstructive surgery
Dr. Aryanpur relocated to Humboldt County in 1993, and has enjoyed practicing neurosurgery on the Northcoast since that time. Dr. Aryanpur specializes in the microsurgical treatment of brain tumors, spinal conditions, and peripheral nerve disorders.
