    Ginger Backti is an exceptional provider. She listens, and is compassionate in her explanations. I highly recommend her.

    Ginger is an excellent provider. She helped me get in contact with other Providence offices, after my own multiple attempts, to get the care I needed. She helped me consolidate appointments for my care to avoid having separate appointments. I appreciate that she listens and does what she can to help facilitate excellent care.
    Ginger is amazing!! I only stay at this practice because of her. If I need care from Dr Stokes in the future, I would find another gynecologist.

    Biography

    Ginger Bhakti, CNM completed her medical education at Frontier School of Midwifery & Family Nursing in Kentucky. Ginger started working as an RN, in Labor & Delivery in Los Angeles in 1992 and then transferred to Eureka General Hospital in 1994 also working in Labor & Delivery/NICU and moved to St. Joseph Hospital in 2000. She’s been working as a Certified Nurse Midwife in Humboldt County since 2003. Ginger is passionate about supporting women and their families, including those who are struggling with perinatal anxiety and depression; and women who are struggling with substance abuse issues.
