    Biography
    Dr. Bell was born in New Jersey where he completed his undergraduate and medical school training at Rutgers University. He is a member of The National Honor Society, Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha, the honors medical society. Dr. Bell completed an internal medicine residency at Georgetown Hospital followed immediately by his Dermatology residency at the University of California Irvine. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Dermatology. He taught dermatologic surgery at UCI as a clinical professor for some time after graduating their program.

    Dr. Bell founded Saddleback Dermatology and Laser Center in 1985 since which time it has grown into one of the largest and most highly regarded practices in this area. His area of interest is cutaneous oncology and surgery. He has personally performed several thousand Mohs procedures, the most advanced method for the treatment of cutaneous malignancy. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, The American Society for Mohs Surgery, and The American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.     Read More
