    NP Bloom is wonderful friendly and knowledgeable
    Professional, informative, patient thorough, set an atmosphere that invited relaxation and comfortability.
    I am very new to the practice Tracey was amazing first time I have felt heard . Plus how quick she did my referrals and listened to me.Front desk staff is also great , very nice and speaks to you very kind and when I called for my appts she got me in quickly and helped me with my needs .Just a great practice!!

    Biography
    Tracy Bloom is a board certified Nurse Practitioner in Acute Care and Family Medicine. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York in 1998. She graduated from Wayne State University in 2000 with a Master’s of Science in Nursing with the certification of Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. In 2015 she completed a Post-Master’s certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Sonoma State University. Tracy has held other Nursing positions during her 30 year career including serving in the United States Air Force from 1985 to 1995 as a flight nurse and delivering compassionate care to patients at the end of their lives through her work with Napa Valley Hospice. For the last 16 years, Tracy has practiced at Queen of the Valley Medical Center as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner specializing in the field of Cardiology and managing hospitalized patients with significant cardiac disorders including arrhythmias, heart failure, and myocardial infarctions. In November of 2019, she made the transition to the outpatient medical practice to focus on disease prevention and looks forward to serving the families in Napa with all their healthcare needs.
