    Dr Choudhary is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician practicing for over 10 years. He completed his Internal Medicine training in New Jersey and moved to California soon after to work in inpatient medicine also commonly known as Hospitalist. Dr Choudhary specializes in seeing patients with acute and chronic medical conditions such as High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, COPD, Asthma, Kidney Failure. Dr Choudhary has a strong research background in Heart Failure, and has worked very closely with renowned Cardiologists at University of California San Diego. He has published several research papers and Book Chapters. Dr Choudhary believes treatment plans work when patients have a good understanding of their illness and understand what makes their condition better or worse, thus it is crucial to spend that extra time to listen to the patient and come up with a solution that best fits the patient.
