    The provider wanted to scope me but the office did not have any decongestant. This is an ENT office and that was pretty shocking. I went and bought some and so she could do the procedure. I was very impressed by her, less so by the office and support staff
    Very happy with the care provided.Bye the way, this is the second time I've filled out this survey and about the four time I've been asked to do so after I'd already done so. Maybe a survey should be taken on those providing the survey.
    Allison was professional knowledgeable and very kind. She answered all my questions in a kind and courteous manner.
    Allison Dunn does a great job in explaining how I should care for myself. I learned some things that had never been mentioned before.
    Alison was patient in explaining and repeating because of my hearing problem. Thank you for your respect.
