    This was my first visit with Dr. Elpedes and I definitely keep him as my primary doctor.He's very knowledgeable, polite and patient.
    Provider spent extra time to help me with VA Disability Benefits medical information I requested
    Dr Elpedes is a very caring and concerned physician. I feel very comfortable with him and his excellent staff. They are all very professional.
    As this was my first time seeing Dr Elpedes, I'm glad I switched from Dr. Afshar who seemed not perfect match for me ..he had to cancel original appointment for Friday the [date].. So I chose that time to make a new appointment with new doctor - to change seemed appropriate time . I think Dr Elpedes was a little bit more patient and listening and made me feel complete. It was a great experience .. Very nice nurse also and taking vitals ..Good physical exam was performed as It was a physical to include my first prostate digital exam

    Biography

    Dr. Bernard Elpedes earned his medical degree at Kansas City University in 1995 and completed his residency at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, where he served as chief resident. He is Board Certified in Family Practice.

    He enjoys the continuity of caring for his ongoing family medicine patients. Knowing his patients are well helps motivate him. Dr. Elpedes values the ability to promote prevention of diseases and help his patients find health and balance in their lives. As an osteopathic physician, he is also trained to use musculoskeletal manipulation to enhance the treatment of his patients.

    In his free time, Dr. Elpedes enjoys spending his time with his wife and three daughters. He likes movies, music, and basketball.
