    Between some steps in my care I had to wait a long time, but I understand that there were a lot patients to care for. I was happy with my experience. My care moved quickly with Jennifer in the post hospital experience.
    Jennifer took the time the listen to my concerns. She took Into account my own personal health goals and came up with a plan of care that would align with them which left me feeling appreciative and grateful.

    Jennifer Fuentes is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 17 years of experience in family medicine. She has 15 years of experience working in walk-in clinics. Prior to working with Providence, she dedicated over seven years practicing primary care at the St. Jude Neighborhood Clinic helping the underserved and providing care for vulnerable populations.
