Always good and pleasant visit from staff to doctor

The front office staff were nice and helpful. The dr did listen to my concerns during my appointment, but after the appointment when the medicine didn't fix the problem I started having issues. I called and left a message on a Monday didn't get a phone call back, so called on Tuesday. Spoke to a couple people but asked to talk with the doctor or office manager. The reason I called was because I got a referral to a dermatologist without ever talking to the doctor or office manager as I requested. I expressed my feelings to the lady on the phone that included I didn't feel like my needs were being met and that I didn't want to go see a dermatologist without talking to the dr. She basically ignored my request so I told her I would figure something else out and asked for the doctor or office manager to call me. On Wednesday I got a call from the last lady I spoke to on Wednesday and she told me the office manager and doctor were out of the office and that she would request one of them reach out to me on Thursday when they are back in. I never got a call Thursday and we're are at 230 on Friday and still have t received a call. This is a serious issue I am dealing with and I feel no one cares. Ohhh and by the way your dermatologist doesn't have an opening until May. ( 9 months away). This was horrible customer service especially when dealing with someone's health.
