    Good listener
    I hardly saw my doctor and mostly saw Amber. I felt a little disconnected with my concerns and thoughts/feelings. It might be our cultural differences, but I'm just trying to get through appointments until my baby arrives.
    My summary report was incorrect with the reported "itchy" noted as there was none of that. Otherwise, good overall. Prescription was sent electronically and was able to pick it up and start course asap.
    I called about an uncomfortable yeast infection,. I was seen the early am the next day. My usual NP was not available, so I was scheduled with Amber, who was great. The appointment was quick, Amber was experienced and decisive. A prescription was called in and available within hours. By the end of the day I was feeling relief. By the end of the second day, I felt completely well. I rarely have issues, so I was impressed and pleased that I was feeling better so quickly, and with very little inconvenience to my day.
    I had an amazing experience and I'm glad she is trying everything she can to help my severe morning sickness. I appreciate her for hearing me and helping me during this time. She is an awesome doctor.

    Biography

    Amber Lewis received her master's in nursing from California State Los Angeles in 2018 and is a board certified family nurse practitioner with specialization in women's health and obstetrics. Before becoming an NP, she worked as a registered nurse in the emergency and labor and delivery departments at St. Joseph Hospital in Orange.

    She was born and raised in Southern California and after living for a while in Australia after completing her first bachelor's degree, she returned to Orange County where she has lived with her husband the past 12 years.

    While in school, she always knew she would want a career in OB/GYN and is passionate about helping women in all stages of life and strives to empower her patients to live the healthiest, and happiest lives possible. She welcomed a son in August 2019 and daughter in October 2022, which has only deepened her love for the field of obstetrics.
