    Dr listens, asks about family, seems to know me . Feel she take time with me and my health care concerns. Staff is friendly and professional. Sometimes difficult to get timely appointments.

    Dr. Maria is excellent!
    My provider understood my concern and quickly determined I had an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. Also I was congested and prescribed a nose spray and zurtec which is helping greatly.

    Dr. Maria M. Montenegro is board certified Family Medicine physician with over 25 years experience in patient care. She is a highly experienced diagnostician with deep empathy for her patients. She received dual degrees -- MD as a well as a Masters in Public Health (MPH) -- and has practiced in Texas and California. Dr. Montenegro has been affiliated with Queen of the Valley since 2015.
