Mary Mosier is a Multethnic Bilingual (Español/English) Licensed Marriage and FamilyTherapist practicing for over 9 years specializing in complex trauma and chronic illnesses utilizing attachment and somatic approaches. Mary is an advocate for equity in mental health & Diabetes.
Mary was drawn to therapy by her innate interest in how our experiences effect our sense of self, and her passion for helping people grow, step out of their pain and into their light and understand their value. Mary's mission is to help folks believe their life is worth living and deserve to be loved in spite of what they have been told.
Mary has extensive experience in working with crisis, high acuity mental health needs and complex trauma. As a therapist, Mary has dedicated her life to working with communities who have been marginalized Latinx/e, BIPOC, youth at risk of being failed, LGBTQIA+, individuals with Autism and/or Neurodivergent, those living with diabetes and other chronic illnesses and providing therapy in both English and Spanish to help individuals, children, youth and their families find their voice, heal, repair relationships and eliminate the stigma of mental health treatment in Spanish speaking communities.
