I only see Dr Marques regarding pulmonary issues however I would certainly choose him for my primary care if I could. He is knowledgeable, easy to understand, and seems to take a personal interest in my well being. Appointments are always on time and his staff is always friendly and helpful.
Dr. Marquez has been my pulmonologist physician for many years as was my husbands as well. He is always honest and forthright with his diagnosis and how he is going to treat them. I am grateful that he is my physician (the staff there are all very nice, polite and caring as well).
    Very knowledgeable and caring
I was faced with a finding that could have been life altering. Fortunately, for now I am fine. Dr. Marquez and his team are an outstanding team and I feel honored to have been in their care.

Dr. Rudy Marquez was born and raised in Fresno, California. He attended the University of California, at Berkeley and graduated in 1992. He received a B.A. in Psychology. He then attended Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. He received his M.D. degree in May 1997.

Following this role, he is the current Chair of Critical Care Medicine. In addition, he has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 2012.

In Mission Internal Medical Group, he was on the Board of Directors from 2006 to 2014 and was the President of the group from 2010 to 2014.
