I'm very grateful to Dr. Jo Pitzer. She has always been very kind, thoughtful and supportive.I always know she is making me a priority and listens to me . Dr. Pitzer and her nurses are very professional and caring. The front office has always been wonderful and kind. I appreciate everyone that has taken care of me. Thank you so very much!

The overall kindness and respect by staff upon arrival, then the warm, friendly reception by the nurse to the appointment room. My physician is the best and her concerns for my wellbeing is exceptional!

Very happy with this provider

When I called to make the appointment, I was in a lot of pain. Initially, I was offered an appointment for more than four weeks away, and, only after insisting that I was in pain, I was able to make and appointment about ten days away, online. That is a long time tyo be spending when in pain. The scheduler was very nice and really tried to help.I was very impressed with how thorough Dr Pitzer was and how much information she had about my condition. She took the time to discuss all my observations/complaints and to ofer solutions. I never had the feeling that she was in a hurry. She also looked me in the eyes (virtually) when talking to me. Even more impressively, she described a more long term plan with possible variants depending on my response to treatment. When the appointment ended, I felt encouraged and hopeful that I WILL get better.
