Dr. Milan D. Patel is a highly trained board-certified physician specializing in General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, and Peripheral Vascular Intervention. He has a long track record of clinical excellence and has been practicing in Orange County for the past 11 years. He completed medical school at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and subsequently pursued a prestigious National Institute of Health/Yale School of Medicine Vascular Biology Fellowship where he engaged in both clinical and basic sciences research. He then pursued General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, and Peripheral Vascular Disease Training at SUNY-Stonybrook in New York.
Most recently, Dr. Patel worked for a large Optum affiliated Cardiology Practice where he served as Medical Director, Peripheral Vascular Director, and Director and Founder of the Vein Clinic. Dr. Patel has a broad area of expertise including Coronary Artery Disease, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Heart Failure, Hypertension, Atrial Fibrillation, Valvular Heart Disease, and Venous Insufficiency. Dr. Patel's philosophy of care focuses on establishing collaborative partnerships with his patients to promote optimal cardiovascular health and manage complex cardiovascular conditions. He focuses on educating his patients and empowering them to make informed decisions that best serve their unique goals and interests.
