    Lance Rivas is exceptional. He explains everything easily and always asks if I have any further questions.
    Lance was clear about explaining the procedure to me. I am still wondering why it took almost a year to book apt for surgery when my Dr placed an "urgent referral" to the surgery center, nothing to do with Lance & his excellent care.
    Lance is very professional
