Did not ask about my current condition nor given a chance to ask questions. I have to go to urgent care or a clinic to take care of my shoulder problem

Excellant experience with doctor and all medical staff at the most recent appointment. In regard to contact in past 3 months, the survey questions were phrased as phone calls. Although I did not call, I did reach out to clinic with medical questions using written secure messages via MyChart portal. Each time I sent a message, I received a response within 24 hours. I was able to obtain the necessary referrals for mamogram and genitic testing. I appreciate the attentiveness of the clinic staff, specifically the timely and professional responses to all my health questions and concerns.
