    This was a follow up cardiology visit scheduled six months ago. I'm grateful Dr. Vera wants to schedule routine visits because otherwise I would not be able to schedule a visit in a timely fashion given how busy he is. As always, he discussed my concerns and demonstrated he knew ME not just my labs. He looked me in the eyes when talking to me, I was the patient, not the computer. I left the office feeling like I accomplished something.

    Dr. Vera is an amazing doctor, very caring and so happy to have him.
    I don't like having to arrive 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Most physicians require you arrive 15 minutes ahead.
