    Biography
    Dr. Paul Ziesmer‘s true heart lies in his effort to bring comfort to every child he treats. He recognizes and values each child’s own uniqueness. As an Urgent Care specialist, he brings 22 years of combined years at CHOC and St. Joseph Emergency Department where he has seen “every conceivable problem eventually turn up”. Dr. Ziesmer has assimilated all his experiences to become St. Joseph Heritage’s first pediatric Urgent Care specialist. He states that “since Urgent Care visits are different from the patients” regular primary care doctor visits, my job is to make sure that I give 100% of my effort to help in any medical situation.” Dr. Ziesmer loves kids and believes that the personal touch is possible, even in Urgent Care. 

    Dr. Ziesmer received his medical training from Medical University of South Carolina. He followed with an internship and pediatric residency at Valley Medical Center in Fresno, California.     Read More
