Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join a family-oriented primary care team in northern California. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a well-established, long-standing group while focusing on outpatient care only. The team is highly collegial, but you will have plenty of autonomy in this role as well as the ability to build your own patient panel. • Compensation is between $140,845 and $166,674 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
