Accessing Care
Scheduling an Appointment
You may schedule an appointment with your primary care physician by calling
the office during normal business hours.

When visiting your doctor’s office, bring your health insurance card
and co-payment, if applicable. Please note that we now collect toward
deductibles at the time of service. If you are new to our group, please
arrive approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
to complete paperwork and to be registered into our electronic medical
record system. We encourage you to make an appointment as soon as possible
to connect with your physician, coordinate any ongoing care, and discuss
your own personal healthcare needs.
eCheck-In
Effective July 20, Providence offers eCheck-In for convenient online registration.
After scheduling your appointment, look for an email or text message with
a link to a secure site to begin the eCheck-In process. Use your computer
or mobile device to pre-register, sign consents and make secure payments
— all without sitting in a waiting room or handling paper forms.
You can complete the eCheck-In process up to four days prior to your appointment.

After Hours Care
We know you don’t always get sick between the hours of 8-5. Before
heading to the ER, think about whether your situation poses an immediate,
serious threat. If not, our Nurse Advice Line, or one of our urgent care
centers could be a better fit.
