eCheck-In

Effective July 20, Providence offers eCheck-In for convenient online registration. After scheduling your appointment, look for an email or text message with a link to a secure site to begin the eCheck-In process. Use your computer or mobile device to pre-register, sign consents and make secure payments — all without sitting in a waiting room or handling paper forms. You can complete the eCheck-In process up to four days prior to your appointment.

In-Person Visit

  1. Complete the eCheck-In process online.
  2. Let the front desk know you’ve arrived and that you completed the eCheck-In process on your phone or computer.

Telehealth Visit

  1. Complete the eCheck-In process online.
  2. Prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive a meeting link to join your visit
  3. Follow the link to enter a virtual waiting room until your provider is ready to start the visit.
